Joe Biden arrives at No10 for talks with Rishi Sunak on Ukraine and Nato

Mr Biden walked up to the steps of the famous building and was greeted with a warm handshake by Rishi Sunak .In the talks, on the eve of a crunch Nato summit in Lithuania, he told the PM the Special Relationship is 'rock solid'.
