Eco-moron ruins his classmates' own grad ceremony with fire extinguisher stunt

A Just Stop Oil protestor has sprayed a University of Exeter courtyard orange shortly after receiving his Bachelors Degree. The protestor was dragged away by security after ruining his own classmates' graduation.
