Police chief confirms Carlee Russell made up her kidnapping story

Hoover police chief Nicholas Derzis has confirms, through a statement from her lawyer, that Carlee Russell made up the kidnapping story where she claimed to have been abducted after seeing a toddler walking on the road in Alabama.
