Fatal storm engulfs Italy as government prepares for weather emergency

In northern Italy, falling trees killed two campers and cricket-ball sized hailstones crashed down. Earlier this month, a river of ice was reported to be flowing through the streets of Seregno, a town to the north of Milan.
