Residents help to put out wildfires on the Greek Island of Rhodes

Residents on the Greek island of Rhodes joined the fight against wildfires with shovels, tree branches, fire extinguishers and towels. A week-old wildfire has forced evacuations as strong winds and successive heatwaves left scrubland tinder-dry.
