Judge fines tram operators £14m over Croydon disaster that calimed seven lives

Transport operators are fined a total of £14 million as a judge says the Croydon tram disaster was an 'accident waiting to happen'. Seven were killed and many more injured when a tram carrying 69 people derailed near the Sandilands stop in 2016.
