Storm Antoni batters Hove seafront with heavy rain and strong winds

Footage from Hove, East Sussex as Storm Antoni brings strong winds and heavy rain to the UK. An amber weather warning for winds breaking 70 mph has been issued by the Met Office in areas of southwest Wales and southwest England between 11am and 7pm.
