Moment emergency services on scene after boy, 12, killed in 'hit and run'

Emergency services arrive at the scene after 12-year-old boy was killed by a hit and run driver as he was trying to cross the M62 carriageway. The child was found in the westbound side of the roadway after the driver failed to stop at the scene.
