Fire alarms tested on the Bibby Stockholm ahead of asylum seekers arrival

Fire alarm tested at Bibby Stockholm accommodation barge at Portland Port in Dorset. Nearly 50 asylum seekers will be housed there in the next coming days, the immigration minister has said after a series of delays amid safety concerns.
