Head of UK Scouts on South Korean jamboree: 'We are disappointed in the organisers'

Matt Hyde, Chief Executive of UK Scouts, said his organisation had been 'let down by the organisers' of South Korean jamboree and described the huge camp as having dirty, uncleaned toilets and a general lack of hygiene.
