Shocking moment builder destroys roof with chainsaw as 'resident failed to pay'

A video of an angry man running a chainsaw at full throttle on a Dublin roof has circulated on Twitter. The minute-long clip shows the man, presumed to be a tradesman, take his saw to the grey roof of what is believed to be a family home.
