Steve Barclay: Important to work cooperatively with France on migrant crossings

Steve Barclay discusses whether the French are turning a blind eye towards boats that are crossing the Channel after leaving their shores. He says France has stopped 40% more boats this year and that the Government is continuing to work with them.
