President Zelensky pledges victory as Ukraine marks Independence Day

President Volodymyr Zelensky sought to rally Ukrainians as his embattled nation celebrated its second straight Independence Day under the cloud of Russia's full-scale invasion which has killed tens of thousands of Ukrainians.
