Apology from air traffic boss for travel chaos: Statement from NATS

Juliet Kennedy, operations director of theNational Air Traffic Services (NATS) sent a message about flights disruptions. She apologised and said that the problem was fixed this afternoon, but it will take some time for flights to return to normal.
