Moment police arrest persistent shoplifter after failed attempt to steal butter

Police arrest Kirk Wharton in Sherwood for attempting to steal butter from Co-op. The perpetrator was caught and handcuffed after trying to flee the store which was under surveillance. He has been sentenced to 22 weeks in prison.
