Moment Good Samaritan steps in to save 11-year-old from being abducted

CCTV captured the moment a 11-year-old girl is approached by a man as she was walking on the High Street in West Wickham, Bromley, south east London. The footage shows a woman who intervened and saved the girl from being snatched off.
