Shocked Florida resident spots manatee as she attempts to rescue her boat

A manatee was spotted munching on backyard grass as Hurricane Idalia impacted southwest Florida. Kathleen Eisenhauer spotted the in Port Charlotte, and said she spotted the sea cow as she tried to rescue her boat affected by Hurricane Idalia.
