Police hunting escaped terror suspect detain 'lookalike'

A train passenger filmed the moment police detained a man thought to be fugitive terror suspect Daniel Khalife but it turned out it wasn't him. The man seen here at banbury was thought to have been de-arrested when officers established who he was.
