Police vow to capture escaped murderer as Pennsylvania manhunt continues

Police vowed to capture convicted murderer Danelo Cavalcante, who escaped from a Pennsylvania prison over a week ago, after he changed his appearance to elude capture including shaving his beard and mustache.
