Two-year-old girl gets her hand trapped in an escalator in a mall in El Salvador

A toddler was with her mother at the Plaza Mundo shopping centre in Apopa, El Salvador when she got her fingers stuck. The girl's mother cradled her child as technicians worked to free her fingers from the jagged guard at the bottom of the escalator.
