Joe Biden says focus on Asia-Pacific about stability, not isolating China

US president Joe Biden spoke at length on the economic difficulties China is currently facing from his Hanoi, Vietnam summit after the G20 meeting in India. He said the summit is about stability in the region, not about isolating China.
