Lorraine forced to apologise after she and actor Damian Lewis 'swear' live on air

Lorraine Kelly was forced to apologise after she and Damian Lewis both swore during her ITV show. The host received a warning from the TV show producers live on air: 'I've just been told that we have to apologise for you saying a*** hole'.
