Alien expert presents '1,000-year-old bodies of non-humans' in Mexico

Alien experts have presented an 'extraterrestrial' at a UFO forum at the Mexican congress with three fingers on each hand and two eyes, the 'aliens' have been reporter to have DNA which diverges 30% from human DNA.
