Chairman of Iceland on shoplifting: 'We've spent £20M a year in security'

Richard Walker, Executive Chairman of Iceland Foods, spoke about an ongoing issue between shop owners. He revealed he's been spending £20M a year in security and added that shoplifting is now a 'crime without punishment'.
