Rishi Sunak says XL Bullies will be banned as attacks claim yet more victims

The American XL Bully dog will be banned by the end of the year following a series of attacks, Rishi Sunak has said. In a video announcement posted to his Twitter, the PM said the breed would be banned following a 'pattern of behaviour'.
