Police make arrests after toddler fatally overdoses at New York City daycare

Police charged the owner, Grei Mendez, 36, and her cousin, Carlisto Briton Acevedo, 41, on Saturday, with murder, manslaughter, and several counts of assault. They are also searching for Mendez's husband, police said.
