Dispatches' investigator says BBC were informed of Russell Brand allegations in 2019

Dispatches' investigations' editor says that the BBC were informed of Russell Brand allegations back in 2019. He said that they approached the BBC to ask them about the allegations but they used legal exemptions to not be clear about what they knew.
