Transport minister promises to keep focus on investing in the north

Transport Minister Richard Holden speaks on investment in the north. He said: 'We have invested 33 billion pounds in the north of England, I was up in Manchester just a few days ago, we have spent a lot on the buses and metro in Greater Manchester'.
