7,600 calories a day to attempt a 2,000 kilometre 'solo' expedition to Antartica

In November 2023, Sam Cox will embark on a unique solo and unsupported journey across Antarctica. From the coast of Berkner Island to the base of the Reedy glacier, via the South Pole, this expedition is a total distance that will exceed 2000 km.
