Shapps: Gov has signed contracts worth £4 billion to build attack submarines

Defence Secretary Grant Shapps says the Government has signed contracts worth £4 billion to build new attack submarines. Speaking at the Tory Conference, he reiterated that the UK's ultimate national insurance policy was its at-sea nuclear deterrent.
