Security forces outside Turkish Interior Ministry after failed bomb attack

A suicide bomber has detonated an explosive device near Turkey's parliament, the country's interior minister said.Ali Yerlikaya, 54, added that a second assailant was killed in a shootout with police officers on Sunday.
