Sheriff's deputies posing as coyote drivers dupe migrants into getting into truck

The sheriff's deputies first seized the phone of the driver supposed to pick up the migrants. He then recorded the GPS coordinates of the pickup point, drove there and honked (the signal) so the migrants will come out, while yelling 'Get in!'
