Human Rights Watch: Israel is using alleged white phosphorus in Gaza and Lebanon

Human Rights Watch says use of such weapons puts civilians at risk of serious and long-term injury. It violates Israel's obligation under international law to take all feasible precautions to avoid harm to civilians.
