Suspect in court after a fatal road rage double shooting in Portland

Accused road rage shooter, Geoffrey Edward Hammond, has appeared in court after allegedly shooting two men in downtown Portland after a road rage incident. Ryan Martin died at the scene, while tourist Samuel Gomez is recovering in hospital.
