Shocking moment man mown down in drive-by shooting outside Seattle daycare

A man was mown down in a drive-by shooting, outside the A for Apple Learning Center in Seattle. A bullet flew through the daycare window, though no children were hurt. The victim is in a stable condition in hospital.
