Police secure neighbourhood near where Brussels shooter was arrested

Police in Brussels were seen blocking access to streets and standing outside the flat where a gunman killed two Swedish citizens in the Belgian capital on Monday. Belgian police today arrested the attacker, identified as Abdesalem Lassoued.
