Israeli residents near northern border with Lebanon react to evacuation orders

After a heavy exchange of cross-border fire between Israeli forces and militants in Lebanon over the last two weeks, the government on Friday announced it would evacuate more than 20,000 residents from the city of Kiryat Shmona.
