Tiler who won £2.4 million on lottery will represent England at European Pool Championship

A Stoke-on-Trent tiler Neil Jones, 59, who treated himself to a 'pool table' after winning '£2.4 million on the National Lottery' is now set for his "proudest moment" as he prepares to represent England at the European Pool Championships in Malta.
