Ex-Downing St spin chief: Covid 'wrong crisis for Boris's skillset'

Former Downing Street spin chief Lee Cain today admitted the government had no 'clarity' or 'plan' on how to deal with Covid as he gave evidence to the official inquiry. Mr Cain defended the low priority given to the virus in No10 as it emerged.
