Police surround Tokyo post office as gunman hides after opening fire in hospital

The shooting at Toda Chuo General Hospital occurred shortly after 1pm local time (0400GMT). The injuries of the two wounded are not life-threatening, media reports said. Facilities nearby the post office are on a lockdown.
