Police approved metal gate to be removed as man claims he owns land

Mr Grogan, 68, described as 'neighbour from hell', put up a metal gate in front of a public alleyway and claimed the land belonged to him. He also used CCTV cameras on high poles to 'spy'. Police approved that the gate be removed.
