Storm Ciaran: Moment 'tornado' hits Jersey as roofs are lifted in the sky

This footage shows what appears to be the tornado that swooped the UK last night. Video taken from Jersey, Channel Islands shows items being flung into the air by the incredibly strong winds caused by Storm Ciaran.
