Yellow weather warning hits the South amid heavy flooding and 104mph winds

Storm Ciaran has now hit the West Bank, Dorset. The Met Office have issued yellow weather warnings for rain and wind. The storm continues to batter the UK as cars are seen struggling to travel in floods in Shripney.
