Colombia's president says release of Luis Diaz's father is key to peace process

Colombian President Gustavo Petro said Colombia's National Liberation Army (ELN) kidnapping of father of Liverpool soccer star Luis Diaz attempted against the country's peace process on Friday after failure to release him.
