Deputy PM Oliver Dowden denies cover up over 'serial rapist' Tory MP

Oliver Dowden was forced to deny any involvement in an alleged Tory cover up of the behaviour of a serial rapist MP. Jake Berry sent a letter to police in which he revealed that a number of allegations about the MP had been made known to the party.
