'Impatient and careless' driver's undertake on the M4 in poor weather conditions

An 'impatient and careless' driver was caught on camera undertaking the M4 in poor UK weather conditions. The driver pleaded guilty to Driving without Due Care & Attention and was issued with fines and costs totalling £482 and 5 penalty points.
