Disturbing footage of knife-wielding attacker buying weapon before Manchester rampage

Raphael Chevelleau bought a kitchen knife on October 11 2019, from Blackley Pound Store near his flat in Rochdale Road, before he caught a bus into Manchester city centre, where he went on a rampage in Arndale shopping centre, wounding three people.
