Chelsea boss admits Man City is the Premiere League 'benchmark'

Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has admitted Manchester City are the 'benchmark' for Premier League sides as well as 'the best team in England right now'. He also said chances may be over for his team if they lose at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday.
