Defence Secretary gives statement on Ukraine amid country's tensions with Russia

Defence Secretary ben Wallace has given a statement to the House of Commons in relation to Ukraine as the country's tensions with Russia continue. Wallace said the country would be supplying 'self-defence weapons' to Ukraine.
