Culture Sec Nadine Dorries disputes that BBC licence fee is value for money

Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Nadine Dorries has spoken in the Commons regarding the BBC licence fee. She disputed it as not being value for money. Funding for the BBC has been frozen for two years.
